雅思考试阅读配对题解答的方法有哪些

 　　雅思阅读配对题在考试或者练习的学习中都会有一些做题的技巧，通过下面的题目分析，为考生们讲解。

　　第一个题：Employees whose values match those of their employers are more likely to

　　首先我们可以先把题目中的定位词画下来，values and match,其中match是契合和一致的意思，通过这两个定位词，我们可以定位到文章的第二段Research shoes that the fit between an employee's values and a company's values makes a difference to what contribution they make and whether, two years after they join, they are still at the company.

　　这句话的意思是研究表明，员工和公司的价值观如果契合的话，首先会对雇员做出的贡献，其次对于两年之后，员工的忠诚度产生很大影响，这个不难选择，still at the company 和选项G的remain in their jobs意思贴近。

　　首先通过定位词change，我们很同意定位到原文的第四段：When things change, we are hard-wired to play it safe. 这句话的意思是当事情发生变化的时候，我们会本能的保持安全。也就是保守的意思，通过比较分析，不难发现E项avoid risk和原文的safe意思相同。

　　首先通过定位词lose我们可以定位到在文章的第四段：Managers should therefore adopt an approach that appears counter-intuitive they should explain what stands to be lost if the company fails to seize a particular opportunity.Studies show that we invariably take more gambles when threatened with a loss than when offered a reward. 这句话的意思是研究表明我们一定会采取赌博的行动，当被威胁会失去东西的时候。不难发现里面的gamble这个单词相比其他单词难度系数会大一些，成为了这个题出题的意义所在，和选项A的chances近义词替换

　　第四题：People working under a dominant boss are liable to

　　首先通过定位词dominant boss定位到文章倒数第三段。Authority does not have to inhibit innovation but it often does. The tendency of team members to opt out of team responsibilities that are properly theirs. 这句话的意思是告诉大家一个贬义的方向，我们再做句子配对题的时候，不一定要找到文章的单词对应题目中的考点词，尤其是在考试那么短的时间内，我们可以扫度定位词所在的那句话甚至是那一段，捕捉一些带有感情色彩的单词，所以不难选出选项F ignore their duties.
